Bessiebos is a private, secluded campsite set on a gently rolling dune with full ablution facility, wood for a braai/the boiler and a nearby lookout point with panoramic views over the farm. Massive camelthorn and witgat trees ensure enough shade to pitch your tent in the soft Kalahari sand. No fencing ensures you have a close up experience with nature in the Kalahari.

If you long to spend time off the beaten track and get back to basics, this is the campsite you must spend time at. A truly accessible and affordable destination that promises a feast for the senses. Firewood for a bonfire can be arranged (price on request). Large groups (8 or more) that stay for longer than 3 days can contact us for huge discounts. Sit at your campfire and enjoy the sights and sounds of peace and tranquillity while reflecting on what your life is truly about. A true escape!
